Margaret Harris, CSC PDF Print E-mail
Ms. Harris is a Senior Computer Scientist with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and has over 18 years of professional software engineering and management experience including integration and system testing, quality assurance, project management, requirement analysis, GUI design, and relational database development in client-server, Web, and COTS applications. She currently manages the testing effort for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) CROWN Web Project. Ms. Harris has managed test teams of various sizes and experience over the 15 years of specializing in software testing. Specific assignments include project documentation review and analysis, test plan creation and test case authoring, test case scheduling and execution, problem report creation and management, and status reporting. She has authored an article for StickyMinds.com, Quality Assurance Section for a Design Specification (July 2003). Ms. Harris is a Certified Software Tester (CSTE) and a Certified Test Manager (CTM). She has been involved in process improvement activities such as Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model (CMM) and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) evaluations, Total Quality Management (TQM), and Defect Causal Analysis (DCA) activities.
