Finding a good software tester these days is quite a challenge as the role of a tester has evolved over the years. With the increasing complexity of applications comes greater difficulty in testing. With aggressive release schedules comes a need to maximize testing efficiency in ever-shorter test cycles. With ever-changing technology comes the need to understand not only what's apparent at the user interface, but what lurks beneath.
